    Habitación amplia y limpia.Aire eficaz pero ruidoso. Lugar muy tranquilo . Desayuno aceptable, lógicamente pensado para el cliente asiático

    The friendliest staff ever in this resort. Breakfast had a good variety. Food in the restaurant was of good quality and tasty (Located in Ombok Villa) The pool was large with plenty of room to spread out and be in your own space. We were upgraded to a sea villa after an issue, much nicer rooms and quieter away from the pool. Location is fantastic, close to the airport but not too close, short Grab ride to Pentai Cenang.

    Lankawi lagoon is separate entity. Ombak villa is separate entity.they should not advertise lankawi lagoon rooms with the ombak villa name ombak villa acquired few rooms in lankawi lagoon hotel and running it under their brand, it far grom actual ombak villa and rooms are not as good as ombak villa,services come from ombak villa hence it takes wuite some time.this is not okay They put ombak villa pictures for these rooms hence what room ee expect we dont get

    Booking.com misled us saying its a 4 start property whereas the property is actually a not even 3 star. The lobby was dirty and the toilets were having cocroaches. I regret using booking.com. I regret using booking.com

    Location near to the airport. The building look old but the room is clean and comfortable. My Son love the beach and the Swimming pool. Have good Breakfast with nice view. Overall we are enjoyed.

    Staff were very helpful but there is confusion between the two hotels. The housekeeping was excellent. The beach was a real let down.. Swimming is a no go
