    The serenity is just unbeatable, like old school colonial fashion. The ponds, koi and turtles, the garden, all that simple, wild greenery, fruit trees, orchids, ferns, fronds, geckos, just like grandma’s home.. And breakfast served out there on the patio..

    It's like you are stepping into a paradise garden... The location is really wonderful. The room I had was very spacious and the breakfast with home-made yoguart and home-made jam very delicious. It's a pity that I was only able to stay for one night.

    Very nice and spacoius establishment in colonial style. Nice and shady garden. Well furnited, everything works. Mosquitos can be a problem, so managment should consider mesh in front of windows. Opposite a temple, very quiet area but still in the historical center. Staff provides you with all relevant information youl will need to make the stay comfortable and to explore the town. 5 Minutes to mekong waterfront. Plenty of good restaurants even closer, as well as laundry and ATM. Breakfast was fine (just bread could be of a slightly better quality). WIFI worked fast enough (for me) and was reliable.

    Excellent location, a peaceful place in the center of Vientiane, nice old house surrounded by a beautiful garden. Prefer rooms with balcony which have a view.

    Its in a great, peaceful location in the centre of town. The garden is super and the building and rooms are decorated with style. Breakfast on the terrace was so nice too!

    The building is a very impressive older guesthouse in excellent condition, very atmospheric. The garden setting is beautiful. All rooms have good access to terraces balconies or the garden. The guesthouse is set down a small alley back from the busy road, being a lovely oasis from the grime and noise of the streets.
