    Rooftop pool! and yes, they had everything we needed in the room. Room and bathroom space were generous. Parking's plenty as well.

    the roof top pool is nice. a balcony to hang laundry Food market nearby want to say thank you to those staff who served with professional attitude and a caring heart. esp Kun Vikki, Jane ,Aon, housekeeping lady, some F and B staff, they are beautiful people that make me love Pattaya more. God bless Thai.

    The King Suite was very nice. AC unit quite loud, but not too obnoxious. The bed was nice and firm, but there are only tall/firm pillows in the room. I asked for softer/smaller pillows, which the hotel was happy to provide. The shower was good enough, despite the low-mounted head. All the "cold" water in the hotel is actually warm, so the Muslim Shower / Bidet Shower was nice and warm instead of the usual ice-water :)

    Being a new hotel is an advantage of it's own But it's good in all aspects, housekeeping did great job, I used the laundry service and it was perfect Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable with enough pillows The shower has decent pressure and the water temperature control works perfectly Finally, it's located in a nice area in Jomtien, close to everything

    Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. I arrived several hours early and they suggested I relax on the rooftop infinity pool and offered to store my bags. The place was spotless. Fantastic hotel.
