    El personal fue muy atento con nuestra llegada. Llegamos tarde y nos dieron algo para cenar. Las instalaciones muy limpias.

    Everything here is comfortable to live and enjoy. The hotel people are nice and supportive. The room is nicely decorated and quiet.

    I've just booked a room here for a friend and he felt so happy with this. Everything was perfect and really worth the money. The hotel is located in the Hanoi old quarter, room was nice but the main reason that makes me write this is the hotel staff. They were very polite and professional, always smile to everyone. Love the ways you work now. Thank you and will go back :))

    Nothing, we had ants in our room, an open window that was not shutting. A staff member was extremely unfriendly and made us uncomfortable. We left the accommodation after 5days despite booking it for 8days. We slept there only for a night. It was a smoking room despite requesting a non smoking room.

    Enormous, comfortable and clean with good facilities (eg. TV with heaps of English language channels, fridge, fan, dining area). Lots of free stuff if you like sugary things.

    Services were really excellent, extremely helpful staffs. I love their supportive behaviors. They supported me new slippers when I got hurts on my feet with my high heels (for free borrowing), they were pleasant to help receiving products via my online shopping when I was outside for business. And they provided us alternative better solutions when we asked for as a local tour guide. Room were well equiped at high standard. Soft drinks for free in the room bridge, sweets and homemade yogurt were free at the lounge bridge along with local snacks. Definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Ha Noi. 100% of my team got satisfied.

    The location is very difficult to find although I'm a local here. I'm almost give up after driving around. The road to the hotel is very small, only for one car. I do wish that we don't encounter any car in opposite way while going to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is good.
