  Such kind and helpful staff and owners. The place is clean and comfortable. Centrally located in Porvorim by the mall. The restaurant is nice, as is the pool.

  Good & clean rooms with running hot water equipped with LED TV, fridge etc, having compact amenities like gym, swimming pool and a restaurant. Overall the property is pleasant being situation in residential area having wide clean roads, green surroundings and good bungalows. North Goa beaches such as Calangute, Candolim, Baga and Vagator are easily accessible within a range of approx 10-16km. Further, Panjim city is close by about 4-5km. Miramar beach, Dona Paula jetty, and a few churches are also easily accessible. One can also plan for Basilica of Bom Jesus. This makes the location of the property unique. Food quality is very good, delicious and home cooked feel. Staffs have good behavior and helpful with prompt deliverable on service request. Pricing / hotel tariff is reasonable. Promoters - Mrs. & Mr. Verma were superb, they took care of everything. Overall enjoyable stay.
