    Hotel staff are genuinely polite and helpful. Hotel has three restaurants, two of which are excellent Al Nafoura with Lebanese cuisine and La Brasserie.

    The rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff are sincerely polite and helpful. The breakfast and the Lebanese restaurant are excellent.

    First of all the staff second the breakfast and food the staff was awesome friendly caring helpful I think they go out of their way to make sure you are taking care of the chef was amazing I got sick and he made me special meals what can be better than that

    My room was upgraded when I arrived which was a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Good location for business trips. They also agreed to waive the cancellation fees for a previsous stay I was supposed to do an had to cancel for reasons out of my control which I greatly appreciated. The room was very clea, staff kind and restaurants at the hotel are good (good room service with wide choice of food).

    Very comfortable and clean - didn't really need to leave and go anywhere else, which is a good thing because everywhere else is hot, sticky and dirty! Club room facilities are excellent - being able to have free drinks and tea/coffee on tap was superb.
