    Everything, especially a walk around the garden and a ride down the trail in the morning. Not sure whether the horse people were part of the hotel staff but they were also super friendly.

    The staff were all very nice. From the guard to the receptionist to the housekeeping. Everyone was so courteous i felt so at home! I like it that theres a swimming pool in Baguio! Thats a big factor in choosing this hotel. I always want to swim at the end of a busy day. Plus theres a band at night. I enjoyed listening to it while having cocktails! No need to go out.

    Me hicieron el check in antes de la hora habitual del checkin, gracias. El personal era educado y amable sobre todo los botones. Nuestra hija se divirtió en la piscina.

    La ubicación era buena, lejos de la ajetreada ciudad. El gerente fue capaz de compensarnos poco al devolvernos la tarifa adicional que pagué por una habitación con aire acondicionado y nos dieron los snacks del frigobar para compensarnos por su pobre higiene de sus habitaciones.

    Nos gusto mucho el baño sobretodo la tapa del inodoro climatizada! Notamos también que el buffet del desayuno ha mejorado en cuanto a variedad y sabor.
