    Previous guess left a problem with the room.Le Private gave me another room and dealt with the problem 100%.

    Eventhough there was a bar downstairs the room was very quiet and I was staying on the first floor. Room was cleaned every other day for no extra charge. The aircon, mini fridge and private bathroom was a plus at a very decent price. Location is roughly 10mins bus ride to walking street for 10 baht. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

    Great location for Soi Baukhoa and night market. Lots if 'ahemm' street activity in area. Eden massage parlour (respectable and recommend) nearby. Nice balcony but poor view. Renovations in progress early June. French/Thai owners very friendly. Booked for price (b450) and would recommend at same.

    Spacious room, wifi was good, friendly owners. I asked for a late check out and there was no problem with that. It is close to LK Metro, many bars, restaurants around. No way to be bored there. I would recommend this place.

    I enjoyed everything . I got really big room with big tv, and with comfy couch, the owner is a really friendly man, location is ok , only 10 minutes walk to the beach or 15 min walk to walking street.

    The guesthouse is in a good location and is quiet at night. Accommodation is basic, which for what I paid was acceptable. Staff I saw, who were few were helpful and friendly
