    Uniqueness - most unusual boutique hotel, full of interesting objects, antiques and stories. Lovely rooftop restaurant, serving delicious authentic food. First class collection service from or back to airport included in price. Beautiful bathroom with robes and quality products. Our room was not just one room but a suite of rooms. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the bustle of Old Cairo and a step away from Khan el Khalili, it's all happening right outside the windows.

    Firstly the location is amazing, so much to see and do within walking distance! The restaurant staff and food were by far the best in the area, great setting and quality of food. The rooms themselves are HUGE and well appointed. If your thinking about booking make sure you chose the room type best for you, if you chose a room with a balcony you get an amazing view of the street and the market and you can sit out there and have a coffee or whatever and watch life walk by but then you also get a bit of street noise!

    The hotel is located in the heart of Old Cairo and the bustling Khan el-Khalili bazaar is just a short walk away from it. The reception staff was always friendly and greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was delicious (try the fresh fruit juices!), our room was beautifully decorated (stayed in the 'Music' room), the shower and beds were very comfortable.

    The staff were the absolute highlught of my stay They were so warm and accommodating and truly a pleasure. The room was also absolutley gorgeous and the location cant be beat. The surroundings are utterly magical.

    Friendly and polite staff overall. Great location for old Cairo enthusiasts but busy and noisy. Lovely interior room decoration and good food for room service.

    The staff were phenomenal, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable - LOVED that my room had a story and it was shown in the decor, I stayed in the Calligraphic room which had a balcony and was looking out onto the street below! My shower had an amazing dome sunken in the ceiling which had the rain shower head in, it was very cool. The rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing, and the food and juices delicious!

    I absolutely loved the location. Who wouldn't want to stay in a Unesco World Heritage site! All staff I had contact with were nothing less than amazing. The breakfasts were incredible and my room was absolutely beautiful.
