    The staff was very helpful in addressing all our problems. We enjoyed the restaurant and foods a lot. We were able to find food for our baby easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had extra requests for the cleaning of the room, due to our baby and the staff went well beyond our requests to make everything clean for the baby.

    Beautiful charming place. Very clean with spacious comfortable rooms modernly decorated. Lots of space for walking, enjoying the nature and the scenery. It's great both for families with children as well as couples. There are some adult-only spaces (a relaxed pool and a section of the restaurant) and lots of spaces for kids' entertainment. The animation (entertainment) team are very hard working and friendly, starting from the morning in the pool till midnight in the amphitheatre to create a fun and friendly environment for the guests. Live music every night at the pool bar. Food is really good. Fresh stuff, barbecues every day, lots of vegetarian and diet food choices. Calm private beach. The space and activities are designed in a way that you can have both relaxed quiet moments or fun exciting activities (dancing, beach clubbing, silly fun games, group activities in the pool, etc.)

    Room was very clean and staff really friendly. Beach is also clean and big enough to fit lots of people. You can get a Jet-ski or go Parasailing just there at the corner of the beach. There is also a spot on a river where you can actually do some fishing. At the evening outside by the pool there are bands who play different types of music for example rnr, latino, rnb.

    Would have liked more choices for breakfast and dinner. Bit repetitive, same mains and desserts each night. Lunch was fabulous, seemed to have a lot more choices.

    The territory is amazing: so green and peaceful, you could think you are in Thailand:))) Beach is beautiful and large, even when it’s crowded in hotel, you can easily find a place to stay. Animation team is great - children love going to mini-club and quality of evening shows is high.

    The location was great. Nice pools and spa and other amenities and the food was fantastic. Very comfortable beds and nice hot showers. We would definitely return.
