    Excellent facility and rooms Excellent employees (Clare is wonderful:) Excellent service I especially like the welcome service after booking. You will be invited to join a WhatsApp group and the lovely and friendly girls will help you to be guided safe and sound to the hotel...they are very helpful afterwards as well. Have different types of rooms, with comfortable beds and high quality furniture. It’s very quiet, very clean and peaceful and all things work properly without anything to be complained. It was on of the best hotels I have ever seen in Vietnam!

    I really like it here, everything is great, from the faults, the hallway is very clean, and new. The view from the room is also very beautiful, the room is full of light and airy. I will definitely come back the next time I come to Hanoi

    We believed that the hotel is new and therefore, has a very fresh and clean look and feel. The room was well lited with natural light and also the inbuilt lights.

    Amenities system very good and convenient for me. Receptionist really friendly and thoughtfull with their guest that I appreciate it. About location: it’s 5star hotel so the location is easy to find :)) Anw, i live only 1 night but i really espress about it, Thank you so much!!

    The best hometel i have ever stayed in Ha Noi. The room is kind of luxury style and it fits my taste so much😆😆😆. Espectially, it’s on Cau Giay street and very quick to reach my boyfriend ‘s home😆. The staffs are so so friendly and they are all ready to help me anytime i have problem, moreover they point out some good foods and places for me to travel. They are so fantastic. If has chance to come back to Ha Noi , definitely, i will stay at this Hometel 🤪

    스윗트룸으로 하였습니다. 일찍 예매 하시는 분들은 여기를 정하세요. 가성비 좋습니다. 매일 매일 일찍 청소요청해도 되고, 특히 이불이 너무 뽀송뽀송 합니다. 방 크기도 좋습니다. 단, 리모델링 호텔이라 약간의 흠이 보이지만 모두 무난합니다. 아주 편했습니다.
