    Staff are so nice and helpful. Andrea who is working in reception is so kind and was very accommodating for anything I needed at all. Location is perfect and very safe & secure. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

    Very cheap but would not have booked if I would have known what I know now. Felt very unsafe trying to get in to the building. Staff were nice once we finally met them but all felt very unorganised.

    This is the second time I stay at this place. Everything's OK from customers service team to the apartment. I would like to back in the near future.

    The room is so clean and the location's great, not far from the Westlake and not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, it's so convenient but best of all the STAFF - fantastic people! Van, was extremely nice and helpful. She made us feel so at home and she even helped us book Grab Car.

    Lily’s place is amazing and her communication was useful. She answered every single question we had and was very quick with her responses.Her place was absolutely spacious and beautiful. Away from the super busy city in the old quarter, which is exactly what we wanted. It's about 5 mins walking to the Westlake and the view was amazing at night. There are restaurants all around and stores, but we went into the old quarter to do most of our shopping and exploring. The staff at Lilyhometel were always so nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ly's and can't thank her enough for being such a wonderful host. :) Thanks again Lily!

    We really enjoyed our time at Lilyhomotel. It felt like we were actually living in Hanoi, not just being tourists, which we loved! It was amazing being able to cook our own food and do all the laundry we needed at no extra cost. The location is perfect - near the West Lake with lots of lovely cafes and shops around, but a walkable distance from the centre, too. The staff could not have been more helpful! They were very attentive via WhatsApp and made sure our stay was comfortable. For example, when we didn’t have hot water and we messaged the maintenance somebody came to fix it within minutes :) Highly recommend!
