    La ubicación es perfecta. Fueron muy agradables en todo momento intentando atender a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno estaba bastante bien para lo que suele haber en los hoteles con desayuno incluido y esos precios. Si no te quieres volver loc@ buscando y leyendo comentarios este es buen sitio.

    The hotel is perfectly located I. The centre of the old quarter - easy walking distance to the lake, train street and other local hotspots. We even walked to the military museum and mausoleum. The lady on reception was truly exceptional - great with the kids and helped us book trips as well as giving general advice and tips. The room was very quiet too, considering how crazy Hanoi can be we slept in silence.

    The staffs are nice , they are very accommodating and warm especially Ms. Ivy and Ms. Kim. They served breakfast with good foods and coffee. Very accessible to the local restaurants and shops.

    The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a buffet for breakfast. The location was perfect right in the middle of the attractions

    Staff were fanatastic, went out of there way-literally(took my husband on scooter to find me a sim card at 8pm after we arrived) exhausted. Carried our bags up 3 flights. Stored our bags for 3 days even though we had booked elsewhere on return from tour. Beautiful floors and decor throughout. Very big room even with 2x 3/4 beds.

    Everything was excellent. Staff very pleasant and professional. Room was clean, big and light. Beds are large and comfy. Highly recommend to families! Good breakfast, interesting mix of European and Vietnamese dishes:)

    The staff were delightful, very helpful and kind (ask them about the duck across the road). It was so convenient and felt like a real oasis in rge craziness of the Old Quarter. Breakfast was also great.
