    Me gustó el detalle de tener te, cafe y una pasta preparada para tomar algo rápido en la habitación. En general está muy bien todo

    Había -4 grados en el exterior y en el hotel en general y las habitaciones había una temperatura muy buena. Se descansa genial, camas comodísimas y edredones muy calentitos. Limpieza excelente, tanto de baños como de camas y habitación en general. Personal muy amable y siempre a disposición. Entorno del hotel encantador.

    The receptionist went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Once i told him the toilet was dirty, he came and sorted it himself even though it's not his job. The guy deserves a pay rise and appreciation.

    Bed was comfy. Room was clean enough. Comfortable temperature, dressing room / wardrobe.

    I had to leave very early so not able to take breakfast. It felt as if I was in the middle of the country rather than a couple of miles form Gatwick airport.

    The flight was to early for breakfast so I cannot comment on the food. The location for LGW airport was good, also there was a very good taxi service to the airport plus I was able to leave my car at the hotel while I was away

    Room was a comfortable but could have done with refurbishment. Our room was boiling hot and you couldn't turn down the radiator. The hotel is a little difficult to find as you have to go through housing estates and being close to the airport the planes take off overhead which you would expect. After check out had problems with the hotel as they charged for what they called damaged linen and towels which is hard to believe because we slept on the sheets as room was to hot and had cool shower so used towel to dry ourselves so am having differences with management. Just beware. We were in converted horses stable as we had dogs with us who slept on the following in the bathroom which is very spacious but small shower cubicle. Overall it was adequate but definatly won't be staying again to get ripped off.
