    I had a lovely stay at The Lodge Annex. Great location and perfect for my one stop night before I caught my plane the next day.

    The location was great, right in the middle of Fisherman's Village, near lots of restaurants, bars, shops and massage places. The size of the room was good too and when I told the staff I couldn't eat the breakfast (it was all bread based and I'm gluten intolerant), they quickly whipped me up some eggs and sausage with no fuss.

    The staff. And basically nothing but the staff, I moved out the following day even though I paid for two nights. It wasn't worth going through another night there.

    Gold breakfast included. On the homepage they just write "breakfast avaiable", but it is included.

    The Philipino Manager, Joon, is an excellent man and a credit to "The Lodge". He speaks very good English and he could not have been more helpful. If you want to be close to the beach but do not want to pay beach front prices, "Lodge Annex" is a great choice.

    Nice location. Simple room. Great stuff. Stuff was the best they tried to figure everything out and help you to have a pleasant stay.
