    Absolutamente todo. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la habitación limpia y con magníficas vistas, el cuarto de baño limpio, el desayuno completo con todo tipo de platos y cocina al momento, la piscina....

    We booked one of the suites, it was on the top floor and had magnificent views of the mountains. The room was immaculate, modern and very clean, with a great bathroom, better than in 5 star hotels i've stayed at. The pool was a good size overlooking a quiet garden and the rest of the hotel was nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great time there on our way to the Gili islands. Great place for a stopover!

    Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Housekeeping staff always came to our aid when we needed assistance in the room. Outlook from room was very good with views to city, hills and rice fields. It was good to be out of the city but within easy access.

    We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, staff always helpful and smiling. The view from room is great, the breakfast is good and varied. Special thanks to the manager Munawar, the driver Isro and the security agent Hamzan, that they help me to find a friendly solution after an accident with a motobike.
