    Location good. 2 minute walk from tube. Room comfortable and homely, with a few extras.

    It is super clean and it makes you feel welcomed. The fridge was always full of stuff and the host told us that we can take whatever we want. The location is perfect if you are coming from Stansted airport but far from luton airport. The area is also a little bit far from the centre but this doesn't really matter as London is well connected with the underground. There is a very nice pub called goose which make the area even more nicer.

    I liked the location and flat and it was comfortable and easy to find and madleen was very nice. They gave free breakfast .i wish i could stay more but this place already sold out

    This is a great venue to stay: comfortable, convenient, friendly and very well located. Most of all it's the best value for money I have found in London, and i do travel there quite a lot. It works as a kind of hostel where you can cook your own food, which is great if you do not want to eat outside and pay extra for deliveries. It's simple but clean and I found other guests to be respectful. Staff are very helpful and on call at all times. The location is super convenient as it's 2 minutes from the tube and then 20 minutes into central London.

    Madlen was super friendly! The rooms were clean, there was everything you need and even more. I loved our room with a backyard and a cosy kitchen.

    Friendly landlord. Double bed with comfy mattress and lots of pillows. Very nice and quiet accommodation. Hospitality to the maximum! Got provided with fresh clean towels, free coffee and tea. Plus free wifi...not that important for me but some hotels are charging extra! Apartment has garden, which you can chill. Toilet and all areas were clean all the time. It would definitely be my first choice if I had to book again a temporary accommodation.

    beyond the negatives, it serves a purpose and wasn't a poor stay overall. some nice and thoughtful touches, let's say. a stones throw from Walthamstow central. this property is definitely suited to younger backpacking types who won't mind shared facilities. it's definitely not for middle aged couples who in tandem spend one hour in bathroom (like our friends in the next room from the czech republic)
