    Upon booking at the last moment, we were welcomed by a very friendly and kind guy at the counter. The location was great; on a relatively quiet street but easy walking distance to District 1. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size.

    This is the rating for Lucky Star hotel, 91 Suong Nguyet Anh as I stayed in both hotels at different time. In Sep I stayed at Lucky Start SNA because my brother wanted to stay here due to the price. The room at first look is clean but when I turned on the aircond, dust flew out from the machine to the bed. The aircond is not fully function and very dirty. The shower is large but the shower head is go straight to the glass panel as you cannot adjust properly to tilt down. For 2 person they only gave 1 tiny toilet roll. The bed frame is so dirty with dust at the bed head. I have to call the cleaner & show her. At night you have to go near the door to turn off the light as there is no switch near the bed. There was a lamp but it didn't work at all. Need more hook in the bathroom.

    The accommodation was very nice and clean, we stayed here for 2 nights. We highly appreciated non-stop reception as we came during the night. The staff was very nice and helpful - we had some troubles with a wash-basin, but they immediately fixed it. The location is very good, near the War of Remnants Museum and also not far from market with cheap souvenirs :)

    The staff were very nice to us and helpful beyond their duties. Binh, who has excellent English skills, went above and beyond helping us and even helped us with translations - she was a wonderful hostess for us in Saigon. We highly recommend Binh and the staff around her.

    The hotel was in a quiet street,very close to the sights we wanted to see. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us with taxis etc. We lost a day in Ho Chi Minh because our flight was late in Dubai and we missed our connection but they didn't charge us for the day we missed.

    Room was spacious and clean, great bathroom too. Liked the location- wasn’t too noisy but still close enough to walk to the action. Staff were helpful with booking tours and tips of things to do.

    Great location, just 10 minutes walking from the main road, market, supermarket and main attractions. Big room with king size bed and a single one. Fridge, shower gel, towels and great wifi.
