    Overall very clean (plates aside), good location & very helpful staff in general, although did take 3 hours to provide towels.

    the venue is actually quite nicely set-up. Essentially a standard family house in a typical residential area turned into a B&B (without the second B!). There is a living room, generous kitchen and even a garden and outside terrace.

    The bed was VERY a comfortable. The host was easy to get hold of and very clear instructions on how to let myself in to the property. Lovely and spacious the bedroom and provided shampoo, moisturiser, beauty bits in the bathroom. Great selection of tea and coffee too in the room

    It was obvious the owners had given great thought to the comfort and needs of their customers. Everything is there for your needs. Ironing boards, washing machine, excellent kitchen and a communal lounge. Top marks.

    Great to have the run of the house and garden. This is more like an Air BnB than a hotel - it's a private house that has had the rooms converted into ensuite bedrooms. Tea and coffee provided in the rooms.

    Lovely spacious house with self catering kitchen. It was lovely to be able to eat out in the garden. The owners were friendly and helpful and the house is tastefully decorated.
