    Como gran cadena de hotel siempre cumple con los mínimos requeridos para un all inclusive de su categoría. Playa ubicada al extremo de la parte familiar es realmente linda y un paraíso. La village también muy linda y puedes comprar lo básico que necesites en caso de que lo hubieras olvidado. room service 24/7 gran punto a favor, vistas desde la habitación muy linda, hotel seguro y personal confiable. Camas cómodas , temperatura de habitación correcta

    Me gusto la variedad de ambientes para acomodar los gustos de diferentes visitantes. La variedad de restaurantes y opciones para vegetarianos. La limpieza y abundancia de sillas para acomodar a todos.

    The staff helped to make my stay awesome. They were very pleasant and helpful. The property immaculately kept and the facilities great. It was nice having 24 hour room and butler service. Staff checked in to see if we were okay. Our room was beautiful.

    I liked everything that the resort had to offer but I especially loved going to the pool bar. The staff there ( Carlye, Devoniel and Deyron) was exciting and fun yet polite and hard working, they ensured that no one stood at the bar empty handed, they were always on top of their work and by the way they make the most amazing drinks. They helped to make my mom and I’s vacation unforgettable and I’m sure many other guests would agree with me. Anyway my overall stay was amazing and I look forward to staying there again.

    Customer service, every staff, butler service was great ! Meal times were long, the scenic view was to die for. The rooms were sooo amazing!!

    Besides the little misfortune at the buffet we enjoyed everything else. We especially loved the beach side with the sea as our pool. Really refreshing each time. We just couldnt get enough. We are not big on entertainment but when we did, it was pleasant. Wish we can stay longer. I have certainly recommended this place. Beautiful all in all.
