    El hotel tiene una gran atención por parte de personal, muy amables y respetuosos.

    La habitación es de lujo, muy grande y con hidromasaje. El personal es atento y amable. La recepcionista nos ayudó mucho con el tema de una reclamación por una retirada de efectivo que el cajero automático no nos dio el dinero.

    Location was in the heart of the Old Town & walking distance to countless bars & restaurants - plus a night market. The staff could not do enough for you & made extra efforts to ensure everything was taken care of for us.

    Exceeded our expectations! Hotel staff were amazing to deal with - were very lovely to speak with, helped us immediately with any queries, and were extremely helpful going above and begond in helping us with our medical emergency. Good English speaking too. The room was great - bed was very comfortable, room was extremely clean and tidy, tv is smart and has Netflix, shower and bath was great too. Has everything you need. Breakfast was delicious - wide variety of food choices in buffet style as well as eggs, omelettes, noodles etc to be made at your request. Would highly highly recommend this hotel! Rose - Australia

    Location Value for money Comfortable bed and pillows Beautiful room I’ve found other rooms in Vietnam that weren’t as described on the booking sites. This was not the case with this beautiful room! Best breakfast buffet I had in Vietnam

    Rooms were quite big and location was great. Located in Old Quarter so lots of food places immediately when stepping out the hotel. Staff/manager were very helpful with the Halong Bay tours, but eventually decided to book it by ourselves. Breakfast was ok, better than previous hotels in Vietnam.. not good but ok.
