    The Front Desk agents as well as the conceirge staff greeted the guests, myself included, every time we stepped into the lobby or out of the lift with bright and warm smiles. They were also very patient and detailed in attending to the guests' queries.

    Great Location right besides Saigon Plaza / Takashimaya.... Most places are walking distance... easy to get taxis as well.... Very nice boutique low density hotel.... Nice Lobby... Very friendly and helpful staff... Always there to assist promptly.... Go out of their way to help....

    The waffles were amazing! Milky, creamy and so rich in flavour. The staff were always there to assist. Door men always prompt is opening doors. Restaurant staff always stood by the lift to send you off once you're done. Everyone's presence is always felt. It's like they're so eager to serve. Wow. Fantastic. Even when we're in the car to leave, the recep stood by the door and waved as we drove off! I'm super impressed! Good location, walking distance to most tourist locations.
