    New resort which is very nice - a lot of green scenery, big and clean pool. The room was very clean, spacious. Possibility to rent a motorbike, snorkeling,... Breakfast was awesome - smoothie bowls, avocado toast, eggs and Vietnamese food. Perfect place for chill out stay.

    We absolute adored EVERYTHING! M resort is unique in every way and without exaggeration the most amazing place on Phu Quoc! A family business which built their bungalows around trees in order to not cut them, hence each room is one of a kind. Not only having a strong sense of service and hospitality, excellent taste in design and architecture, M resort also exercises a sustainability and eco-friendly approach, which we highly appreciated. Drinks and food are of high quality as well. Every single one of the team is friendly, helpful, accommodating and always greeting you with a smile. Value for money is great and we truly hope to return next year to this stunning property. A big Thank You to the whole team.

    Service was great, staff were wonderful and we were offered free airport pick up/drop off! We stayed in the confetti house, it was an amazing room with more than enough space. The ambience of the resort is very relaxing and truly makes you feel like you’re on holiday.

    We couldn't rate the staff highly enough! We forgot to get their names, however, the two staff on reception (one man, one woman) were exceptional, super enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, walked through a typhoon to deliver us pizza!, spoke great english, great energetic people! We also loved the staff on breakfast, they were super lovely and funny and friendly! All the staff here went above and beyond to make this a very special stay. The breakfast was unreal! Unexpectedly superb. Delicious, wholesome, healthy. The room was very elegantly styled, very spacious, clean and with great amenities. The bed was like a gigantic marshmallow, unbelievably cosy! We want to know where you got your pillows from!! We would highly recommend staying here!

    Staff's attitude is so good. Their warmness and friendliness make me feel like home. Any services or procedures such as check in/out, renting scooter were perfectly arranged. Breakfast dishes are delicious.

    The Hotel is really new they opened in January. The room was really confortabe and clean. Also the staff was very charming and helpful.

    Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Organising transfers was easy with regular communication and confirmation updates. We enjoyed cocktails by the swimming pool and appreciated the later checkout time when leaving. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed and if you are at the back of the resort, traffic noise is less. Would highly recommend the chicken club sandwich!
