    The location is perfect, although down a side road it is only a 60 second walk either way to the main D-Mall area or the front beach. The room was very modern and clean with a nice flat-screen television, mini fridge, kettle and shelves/rail for clothing. The bathroom is a highlight; extremely new and spotless. There is also a nice outdoor area with deck chairs on the upper floor. Exceeded my expectations, looking forward to coming back. I lived in Boracay for a year and this hotel has provided me with the best value for money out of all the places I have visited on the island.

    Staff were courteous and very helpful. Location is just at back side of D'Mall, so you are a minute or two close to the beach. The aircon seems to be working perfectly. Room has a big TV and a small fridge. All basic necessities were provided - towels, cups, etc.

    good new hotel for reasonable price: - spacious room -good internet, good A/C -calm side street in the middle of all the Station 2 action - clean - good bed, tv and fridge included!

    The hotel is conveniently located very near the D-Mall and the beach. The rooms we got are obviously newly renovated and spotlessly clean. The aircon is clearly brand new and is working properly, though it may take some time to cool down. The budget double room consisted of one full bed and one single bed, so it can fit up to 3 pax comfortably. The beds were also new and comfortable. We had such a nice and comfortable sleep. The size of the room was just right, not too big, not too small, just right. There is cold and hot shower in the huge CR. The toiler flushes properly and we never had problems with the supply of water. There is a TV and a small fridge for your drinks.

    I like their staffs, they are all friendly. Also the place is just nearby the beach, bamboo market and DMall. The room is clean and secure.
