    Tranquilidad, buena atención del personal en general, habitación amplia y con detalles, desayuno adecuado y un spa y gimnasio muy recomendables.

    La cama era comodísima, el desayuno estaba bueno, la camarera del restaurante era muy simpática, No está en la playa de Patong por lo que esta bien porque la zona es realmente fea.

    Almost everything was perfect. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with free mini bar, decent swimming pool, amazing view, calm environment away from central Patong's chaos. Free shuttle is available every hour to central Patong with 15 min. distance. Generally 9.7/10

    The staff were all lovely, happy to assist us where needed and everyone was great with our 2 kids. The was a variety of food on offer at breakfast and it was nice to try something different. Food at the opium den was delicious and the service was great!

    It was so clean and the cleaning staff were great compared to other places we stayed in phuket. This was our honeymoon, the bed is super comfortable. They even give free snacks etc and two free beers very generous compared to other Thai places. Free shuttle our other hotel did not have! We were so happy, it really is excellent value for money

    The room was large and spacious, the pool was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was great too and we had a wonderful and relaxing time

    Let me start off by saying I did not expect the outstanding level of customer service, the smiling staff, the amazing tour guides offered by this hotel. the lady who works at the tour service desk was superb! She helped with booking all my tours and gave it us at a discounted price. Cheaper or matched all the deals I could find. The manager was ever so nice too she gave us a free room upgrade. The pool was very nice too and never too busy like some hotels I have been too. Let me mention the excellent free shuttle bus to the Shopping centre and to patong beach. Definitely take advantage as you could be paying 300baht one way from the hotel to the beach.

    The room was spacious and modern. Pool area was beautiful and the cocktails and food served where amazing . We had a massage as well during our stay , which was fantastic . We had our fridge filled everyday and it was all included.
