    The location was excellent right in the centre, close to bars and restaurants. The property looked almost new and very good quality furnishings. Very quiet never heard a thing.

    Great location with an outstanding renovation of a traditional building in the old town. The design and decor is exquisite and a real wow factor when you first step in to the room. Very close to fabulous shops and restaurants.

    We were welcomed by a delightfully enthusiastic Gian Piero, our host, who welcomed us into the beautiful and charming annex building, situated in the heart of Olbia. Honestly, it looked even better than we expected from the pictures. The property was very spacious, meticulously clean and incredibly comfortable. Our host was also more than helpful with showing us the facilities and giving personal tips and recommendations for our time in the area. What a character! As a side note, I would like to highly recommend 'The Mint Julep', a tiny cocktail bar situated two minutes walk from the accommodation who provided us with some of the tastiest and well presented drinks I have had the pleasure of tasting.

    Gian Piero is very welcoming Our room was lovely and quiet and with a good location the breakfast is in a restaurant near to the rooms, it is not big but great
