    Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has sufficient facilities. Plenty bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Hotel located in the center of the red light district of Makati.

    My room was quite large and really nice, I’m not sure if I got upgraded from a standard room. The location of this hotel is perfect.

    I like Manong Guard. The simple gesture of greeting my son that he is the Robin Hood ( he is bringing his arrows ) leaves unforgettable mark within our stay. He is pushing us to search online who is Robin Hood because of his excitement. When we left the hotel, the guard gave him high five! All the staff are great & very friendly!

    The bed the most! Very comfy and the room size was pretty big.

    The doormen were good, always smiling and respectful, though not downstairs alert. The business center girls (2) were helpful, the newest one was the best and followed all the rules (she should be rewarded). The second tried to help but when I said print the documents as they appeared, she still didn’t do it and persisted in cutting and pasting into a word document, despite my requests. The waiters in the dining room were friendly though not all were trained.
