    I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to catch up with my Indonesian friend in Jakarta. The room was very comfortable with the great view of the monument. Also WiFi was provided for free. Sauna and swimming pool were good too as nobody was there. It was very private. All the staff I met were very polite and friendly especially at Cinnamon! Yoga, Anita and other members welcomed us each morning with great hospitality. Lukito made different kinds of smoothie each day to surprise us. On the last day they gave us the heart warming message card with a small gift which I will never forget. Thank you Cinnamon team. I am so glad that I chose this hotel, my friend and I had a great time to catch up in such a luxurious environment. Now I know why this hotel has got a high rating. My stay was more than I had expected.

    Booked a transfer from the airport with the hotel and there was dedicated staff waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel and had my check-in made in the room, with a fresh beverage waiting for me. Room is very spacious and very elegant, all the details were right. Lots of amenities, the quality though was a little sub-par. Did not like the fact there were no blackouts in the windows of the room. Staff was always very engaging and proactively tried to take care of everything I needed. Breakfast was also very good, lots of choices and a very personalized experience as there are always a lot of staff to take care of you. The gym is good specially if you are aiming for a cardio workout, also would like to note When I inquired about the working hours of the gym the attendant told me that if I needed the gym open earlier she would be happy to do it. Resuming it was a lovely experience and hope to back soon.

    We loved everything about it. It was our anniversary celebration and we arrived to a very warm welcome, our room beautifully decorated and a beautiful cake. Location was excellent and the buffet breakfast first class. Excellent assistance with restaurant bookings and airport arrival service. Have never received such good service from everyone we dealt with.
