Front office staff were very professional and accommodating. Location was superb and just a stone throw away distance to Ayala mall. pool was this hotel has a great sauna! try it!

The hotel was centrally located near the large shopping/dining centre. It was also within walking distance of one of the poorer areas so we were able to see & experience the true lifestyle of many of the local inhabitants. Mango Square is only a short taxi trip away. The rooms are spacious & clean. All staff were very attentive including the security staff at the entrance. Great pool.

Positives: Room #1918) had plenty of space, nice wardrobe, was clean and fresh, had plenty of hot water, hair dryer, convenient electrical outlets that accommodated both European and American plugs, decent view, shampoo & conditioner & body wash, laptop-sized safe, 3-4 elevators, bottle of water for each person each day, air-con worked very well, phone in the room for local calls, nice large desk, extra chairs & table, good large flat panel TV, bath towels & washcloths but no hand towels. Check-in was quick and easy as no one else arrived at the same time. Restaurant: We ate at the restaurant twice and it was okay (average). Service as good and the servers were attentive and friendly and it feels clean and nice.
