    The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool area was well laid out and clean. Close to the beach.

    Comfortable beds and big verandah. Hotel pool and spa were great. Nice size 2br apartment. Location was close to beach. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

    The rooms were very spacious and had lots of cooking facilities. There was plenty of room for everyone to either sit at the inside table, the outside table or on the couch. The reception, cleaning and maintenance staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable.

    Pool, spa and gym facilities were great. Security in the hotel is good also, key pass needed to get in after hours. Key pass required to go up the elevators. Security guard over the weekend. Staff were happy to supply extra detergent/toilet paper etc. Apartment was comfortable for 5/6 people. People who live in the building are also very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee table big enough to play cards on. Washer and dryer are great. Outdoor dining area & balcony are great also.

    The front office staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved our view and the surrounding area. Found the location perfect for our needs.

    The room was spacious, great views from the 10th floor. Good layout and room facilities. Great pool/bbq area, very family friendly. Super quick elevators, easy access to car park and pool area. Great location, not too far from Surfers Paradise, but far enough to be out of the noisy hustle and bustle.

    the pool is good and the spa. Gym BBQ TENNIS everything is there for guests. staffs are friendly and helpful. Good place to relax.
