    La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel es nuevo. La atención de 10 y la relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Nos esperábamos algo peor, la verdad. La habitación genial, con ducha, y con todos los accesorios extra. Nos pareció que, desde luego, se asemeja mucho a los hoteles de más de 3*. El personal muy majo nos permitió dejar las mochilas para que diésemos una vuelta y las guardó en un sitio con etiquetas para evitar confusiones.

    The staff were so kind and helpful and spoke great English which was refreshing after not hearing much for a few weeks! Right near everything in the old quarter as well so only a 10 minute walk any direction to shopping or sight seeing

    This one is located right near to the crowded Old French quarter. When I entered my room, I realized that there was no window( It was quite tiny but clean. breakfast was ordinary. Value for money

    They serve breakfast in the morning (very light), the hotel was clean, staff tries to help with translation as I mainly took motorbike transportation, and the hotel was very quiet.

    Nice room with balcony, lots of coffee cafe nearby, and location is very convenient just roaming around city center

    The receptionists and helpers are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean amd the bed is comfortable. Hotel is in good location in old quarter, surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops . Only few minites walk to supermarket. Night market is also very close to the hotel. If i come to hanoi again, will stay in here again!

    Breakfast buffet is variety of choices. The location is great, safe and not too busy. Walking distant to most places in Old Quarter and very near the night market on Fri - Sun. The room is new designed and modern contemporary. The bed is comfort.

    Location was perfect for staying in the old quarter. Lake and night market so close. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Soo booked us an amazing day trip to Ha Long Bay. Can’t wait to stay here again later in the year. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

    The staff were so helpful and accommodating, no request was too much. They even gave us a phone adaptor, and umbrella when they thought it might rain. The entire hotel was beautifully decorated, and the room was so clean. I would highly recommend it, and wish I had stayed for longer!
