    Breakfast was not included in our package, which was disappointing as the room rate was very high, so even a continental style breakfast would have been nice.

    Excellent location, wonderful historic building and very, very pleasant and helpful staff.Laundry facilities and on site activities were also nice.

    El personal fue muy amable y servicial. La habitación era muy bonita - nos gustó mucho la distribución (buena para alojarse con niños pequeños), los techos altos, y las vistas. La cama era comoda La ubicación era estupenda, y la sala de juegos para niños y mirador eran grandes prestaciones.

    Everything! From the Loft 1 bedroom with comfortable mattress, spa-like bathroom and comfortable living area, we all enjoyed our 3 night stay. The washer and dryer location next to the game room was fantastic and the Observation Deck was phenomenal. The location was right in the heart of everything. Last but not least, the staff were so warm and welcoming. It was like home away from home.

    The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to most of the historic areas. Access to the interstate was relatively easy, but if you wanted to only stay in Boston, you would never need your car.
