    Ubicado sobre playa y ofrece buen servicio con reposeras y sombrillas, la ubicación cercana al aeropuerto se puede llegar a pie a la famosa playa de Maho para ver el aterrizaje de los aviones. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con buen equipamiento.

    Location in Simpson Bay right on the beach with a lovely bar/restaurant and nice staff.

    Cosy atmosphere, very friendly cleaners and gardeners. Beautiful garden and nice soft beds. The location next to the runway makes for some spectacular views (and didn't cause too much noise, there are no flights at night). Nice beach as well! Restaurant was quite good.

    Cool comfy room. Was only there for 7 hours to sleep before my flight so only saw the room. Staff were very helpful even though I arrived very late

    The rooms are great, staff is nice and kind and it is always good to be back. People recognize you and I feel at home. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The little kitchenette is nice, so is the shower and the magic of the beach next to your room is amazing. Dining in the restaurant, eating good food with that beautiful view over the ocean is every time breath taking.

    OK for one or two nights, on the beach, but not a real beach hotel. Convenient location next to airport. Good vibe in bar/terras and restaurant.

    The hotel had a very nice view, right by the beach and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had all the facilities needed, comfort was great and also very clean. A little sand here now and then, but you are right by the beach so that is to be expected. The location is great, just a couple minutes walk from my favourite beach bar (Karakter) and approximately 5-10 minutes walk from Simpson Bay road where all the restaurants are. The place is very close to the airport, so you will hear the airplanes. However, I personally did not find that disturbing while overnighting at the place.

    Very pet friendly! Staff are great...very welcoming and accomodating. Always love staying here. Food is great and the beach front is fabulous. Relaxing and friendly guests!

    Everything is satisfy. Easy walking form hotel to Maho beach watch the landing flight and then walk to the SXM airport. The hotel has a roof-top area, it also can watch the departure flight.

    from our room you walk on to the beach and the view is amazing at night all you can hear is the sound of the sea, has a bar on site or a walk up the beach to another one nice indian at end of road had a great holiday
