    This a superior facility, exceptionally high standards, a beautiful old Belfast building with beautiful surroundings and very convenient to the city centre. I was able to hop onto a bus on the main road that went straight into town ( £2.30.) The place is full of old world charm and it is in an immaculate state of cleanliness. Unfortunately I did not get to experience the coffee house but I plan a visit soon.

    Comfy beds and lovely tea tray. Off street parking and quiet location (but very close to Balmoral train station). Buzzy atmosphere of non resident guests really enjoying afternoon tea.

    The breakfast choice was very good as was the quality. Our room was quiet and away from the main road, although the bathroom was rather cramped. Afternoon tea was a bonus and welcome after a day out.

    Loved the property it was fantastic, especially the little touches to the interior. Also the cakes were really nice! Even got to take one for the road on my way to the airport 🙂
