    All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Because we has a 04.30 start to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, the staff offered to make us up a breakfast box. The location was great in terms of accessing Angkor Wat, and although the hotel was on a main road, it was set back, so there wasn't traffic noise. It also meant that you could walk out and get a TukTukvery easily. It's also only 5 minutes from the Giant Ibis coach stop, which we used to get from and back to Pnom Penh and then on to Vietnam.

    The staff was awesome, very friendly especially sophy and Phan. Breakfast was good! Location was very good, airport just 15 mins away and the pubstreets and shopping streets were just 20 minutes by taxi.

    I was so surprised to be received as part of the family by the lovely hotel crew, friendly and extremely attentive. From my early morning breakfast with fresh mango, to surprise fresh smoothies being made for me in the afternoon after cycling around the temples and countryside, you cannot beat this hotel. Close to the centre and airport, with wonderful massage service next to the pool. What could be better? Thanks to the evening crew (Phan, Vanthorng, Viyo, Mony, Chamrouen, Savey and Peak) and morning crew (Sophy, Sakkda, Sako, Tey, Sun, Hay and Pisey). You all made my time at the Memoire unforgettable. Thanks also to the team at Beyound Unique Escapes for recommending the Memoire and my new friends at Grasshopper Adventures.

    The internet connection was very good. It was safe enough and the staff was pleasant. Best of all, across the hotel, there is a local restaurant. The food was very good.

    From the first moment they made you feel so welcome the manager sakkda intraduced himself sraight away and knew our first names so really nice dani the lady manager was so nice awell everyone went out of there way when you went to breakfast even the cook said goodmorning you were greeted by smiley as my husband named the young girl who assisted at breakfast always smiling at the coffee shop tra makes the best ever cappacino i ever tasted and had two massages at the hotel channa did a great massage we we went on a cooking class in the village which sami the co ordinator organized she helped us to fined out things to do nothing is to much bother for this little hotel we loved our stay and the people who worked there theymade our hoiday thankyou (acun.
