Location was close to Tianfu Square and Chunxi road. Rooms were modern and clean. About 10-15min walk to subway stations, shops and restaurants.

Staff were kind, helpful and efficient. Due to it's a new hotel, all facilities in guest room were in good condition. Large TV, comfortable bed and sofa. Also the free drink in mini bar was great.

I told the staff that the Mercure card show should how to exit from the 2 nearby metro stations. Which particular Exit Gate and which route. Otherwise, absolutelly confusing for tourists new to Chengdu with so many exits at the metro stations. The other thing is the rooftop restaurant. Would be good to allow guests to drink outside during the night, especially in spring and summer and the earlier portions of autumn with the view from the 30F. At the moment, only serve breakfast internally at 30F.

Beautiful! I felt like a king staying here. Amazing location right in the heart of bustling Chengdu. The check in and checkout process were also extremely efficient. Free laundry service was also really appreciated. I give this place two thumbs up!
