    The location was in an amazing place, close to absolutely everything. The staff went above and beyond to organise a birthday surprise. Really clean rooms with lots of space.

    The location near to Atlantis and Eco Park is convenient. It is also near to beachfront A & W and various resaturants.

    We were upgraded to a larger room for free without even asking and our request to be near the other room we booked for family was met. Hotel has a nice pool, a fantastic breakfast and the sesame burger I had for dinner was delicious. Our rooms were also really nice and spacious with views of the sea. My wife attended a music concert nearby which was super convenient in terms of location to the park. There is much to do for families in Ancol.

    I spent one night at this hotel, I took tow rooms with connecting door , I like the swimming pool the most, as for the rooms size was ok, however, I was expecting bigger size.

    Staff Location ATM inside the hotel. Kids activities. I can not remember employees in name, but during my stay, I would like to thank the team who help and support me. Wish I can remember the names to thank them one by one.
