I was very pleasantly surprised by the area in which this hotel is located. It was just meant for a stopover before catching a flight from Jakarta but I really enjoyed walking around the area, looking at the shops and restaurants, it seems to be quite a trendy and upmarket area. The hotel itself was very smart with clean quiet rooms and it is connected to a shopping mall so very convenient. The road to and from the airport is good in terms of traffic, unlike in other directions. The best thing was the staff, incredibly friendly in particular Gaby and Ade who were so kind to my son when he was unwell; they even made a get well soon card for him which was really touching. Staff also deserving of a mention aee Aldy and Fajar for their kindness and helpfulness. What a team! If Im in Jakarta again sill stay here for sure!

The location is close to the airport aprox. 20 minutes. The room is very clean and comfy and the staff were so friendly. Bonus a big mall is attached to it :)

the registration staff was great, the room was clean until we found used panties in the corner of minibar. location was great as they are located inside the shopping mal. breakfast was great
