    The staff were super friendly, kind and sincere. The bed was so comfortable and cool. the space was adequit. Even if you don't have time for breakfast you are allowed some fruit juice and a fruit on the go, excellent coz timing was important. The whole place was really clean and airy. Thanks to the staff who went out their way to make sure me and my family had rooms as close as possible. God bless.

    the convenience of the place was a big like. It was so close to the Comic con at The gallagher convention centre. The staff was friendly and willing to help.

    We didn't stay for breakfast, but the complimentary fruit tray was lovely. Location for the SARCDA show was perfect! The staff were ultra friendly, and the accommodation superb.

    Having booked and payed long in advance, we were told on arrival, with a very bad attitude, that you dont have space for us. We were sent to another inferior hotel far from Galhagar Convention Centre. The one room had no hot water. We tried tried to order dinner from a menu with half the menu not available. I am very dissatisfied with my very bad experience and demand my money back.

    Staff very helpful when superport didn't work. Unfortunately staff on duty could not solve the problem. Maintenance solved when on duty at 14h00. Extra enlarging mirror and lighting at bathroom mirror excellent.

    I liked the proximity of the hotel to Galagher Convention Centre. It was also easy to get back to the airport granted I was traveling on a Sunday which meant less cars on the road. They have great staff and they are the real asset in that hotel.
