The bed was lovely and comfy and the location by the river was lovely. Loved the heated steam proof mirror. -

Lovely, clean hotel close to Staines city centre and only a short taxi ride to Thorpe park which was the reason for our stay. Room was amazing! Huge! Bathroom had a shower cubicle and a bath. Lovely view of the river too. Excellent value for money. Very clean. Nice and quiet. Really comfy bed. Our 4th stay in this hotel and we will definately return. -

It was my the first visit in England and first impressions. In my opinion, this hotel is like quintessence of England: service, atmosphere, interior design, menu and building architecture. Easy communication with the entire Greater London area.
