    Cleaned to high standard.bar and staff excellent. Cheap .can order good food thats delivered from accross road .is soi LK metto which is very lively and many bars very close.keep doors closed so air conned bar where you can sit and watch one of many tvs and not be harrassed.stopped many times and always check for vacancies before i look any other hotel .

    Everything , Dennis ,his family and staff are superb , nothing is too much trouble for them . Had small problem with toilet , informed staff , returned from breakfast , fault had been sorted . I always get a front balcony room , there is a little noise from street but not enough to stop even a light sleeper awake . I will always stay here if possible

    Location was good. Staff were excellent, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were very friendly. Response through booking.com from the property was prompt and very good.

    Best location and easy access to all the important location in the city. Very nice sports bar setting with access to all sporting channels across the globe. Good night life access with in walking distance. Also the beach road with in walking distance

    The staff were nice. I requested a room facing lk metro so they gave me the top floor so I had a good view. The safe and aircon were easy to work. Warm shower. Soap in bathroom. Sport on in bar. WiFi good
