    The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean, spacious and fit for my purposes. The pool was a welcome relief to the hot days, along with the air condition in my room. Although the room did not have proper kitchenette, the on location Cafe, T. One Cafe and roastery, has great food at very reasonable prices.

    This new hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms are large and spacious, have great facilities, very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and able to assist with airport transfers and scooter hire, all for reasonable prices. The coffee shop next door was excellent and the staff were trained baristas. As it is approximately 1km from busier areas in Seminyak, it was quiet the entire time of our stay. If you don't mind riding 5mins on the scooter or walking approx 15-20mins, this is a great place to stay. It is an easy walk and we had no problems at night either.

    Große Zimmer, sehr sauber, ruhig, kaum etwas los, sehr nettes Personal. Mehr als gut - immer wieder gerne! Ohne Probleme durfte ich das Zimmer zwei Stunden länger nutzen, bis ich zum Flughafen los musste. Zum Strand mit dem Roller ca. 15 Minuten. Vielfältiges TV-Programm (sogar ein deutscher TV Sender).

    For $AUD49 for the night, including a cooked breakfast, it’s more than good value. This is a great find. It’s very fresh, clean and new, with lovely staff. Huge rooms. Awesome driver collected me from the airport, booked through Booking messenger with the Hotel and had no problems at all. Bed was extremely comfortable and lovely quality sheets and towels. Felt like I had the whole place to myself including the pool.

    Alles!! Echt een super mooi verblijf met uitstekende kamers! Ongelofelijk schoon. Kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt tot in de puntjes en het gebouw wordt ook elke dag heel goed schoongemaakt. Zelfs de trapleuningen! Heel lekker zwembad en een hele leuke gezellig sfeer. De foto’s die je ziet, is ook echt werkelijkheid. Personeel is ook super vriendelijk en heel rustig. Ik kom hier sowieso nog een keer terug als ik weer naar Bali ga!

    dari segi kenyamanan kamar oke karena ruangannya cukup luas dan ac yg dingin. untuk wifi juga lumayan kencang jadi tidak kuatir jika tidak ada signal. untuk makan juga tidak bingung jika mau memasak ada disediakan dapur bersama, jika malas kita bisa ke coffee shop di depan villa yang juga menyediakan makanan. lokasi ini dekat dengan gusto gellato dan naughty nuris. jika ingin ke seminyak hanya sekitar 10 menit menggunakan motor
