    It is very near the bus station, the staff are nice and courteous. It was unfortunate that it was raining heavily during our stay, anyway, it was nice.

    Very comfortable and clean rooms. Buffet are very reasonable price. Relaxing yet peaceful place to stay. The staff are very hospitable. Free water and coffee all day long.

    The staff are great, very polite,patient and honest. My daughter left her watch when we checked out but the staff who found it gave it back promptly. The security guards are very helpful in getting taxis for customers. They are also very watchful when customers get off taxis by writing down the plate numbers of taxis used by customers. I think it's for when customers lose or forget their stuff in the taxi so they can trace it.

    Everything is excellent when talking about location, facilities, breakfast and the staff. I will surely be back anytime. I had a good stay. Thanks for the unli coffee. Baguio kalamigan days. Sakto sa Unlicoffee na, unique taste pa. Money worth it.

    I like how friendly and accommodating the staff are, specially Manuelito,. I appreciate how they allowed me to check in early (past 10am) and provided me any requests i asked them with smile on their faces.

    We were allowed early check-in. Free delicious coffee at the lobby. Water dispenser on each floor. Ice machine at the lobby. Accommodating staff. Good buffet breakfast. Water heater in the bathroom. Good free wifi in the room.

    We always choose to stay at Microtel every time we are in Baguio. The hotel staff are freindly and the services are good. We liked the breakfast buffet especially the omelet.
