1. The ambiance, very relaxing. 2. The quietness, nothing but sounds of farm animals, birds, crickets and occasional motorcyle are to be heard. 3. Justin is so accommodating. 4. The landscaping, the swing under the mango tree is just perfect. 5. Justin has puppies and a kitten. They're adorable. -
