    Breakfast could have been better organized. Often, they ran out of items like coffee and fruit for late comers.Though the staff were very friendly and tried to help. The reception was extremely helpful and changed our room gladly to a better room when we weren't happy with the initial room.

    The staff. In the 10 days I was there, they learned how much I loved (Turkish) tea and coffee and without asking, would deliver them to my table at breakfast. They delivered anything I needed day and (literally) night. One day I was out of the hotel at about 5:45 and gone all day. Later that evening I received a message to ask if I was ok given they had not seen me all day - as a single, female traveller in a foreign country, that is invaluable. No one has ever done that before but as care for guests that is exceptionally responsible and invested. Promise me when you stay that you will take the time to chat with them and get to know them. They each have their story and for the price of a smile, they will be all too willing to share it .. and more.

    There is nothing i did not like Perfect position in Nisantasi, top area of Istanbul. Bars, Restaurants, 5 star shopping , Taksim within walking distance, great crowd
