    El personal es encantador, las instalaciones muy buenas, y el servicio excelente. Tienen servicio de llevada y recogida al centro de seminyak. tienen bicis gratis y el trasporte con conductor bastante barato

    El hotel es muy cómodo las abitaciones muy amplias el hotel es pequeño pero muy acogedor las camas demasiado cómodas los empleados muy amables muy pendientes hasta del más mínimo detalle

    By far the best hotel we have stayed in when it comes to customer service and value for money! The room was huge, had everything we needed available and breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning. The hotel also offers a car service at a very cheap rate (dropping us to Seminyak and Ubud). The team were so lovely and helpful...we felt so welcomed for our first night in Bali!

    We loved the fact that it is quiet and that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the Seminyak strip. We moved to this hotel after one night at the Paragon Hotel seminyak which was dire. This hotel is excellent and the hospitality is perhaps the best I have experienced and its precision with every little detail from the hotel staff is just outstanding. What we loved the most was that because they do not have a kitchen, breakfast and any food ordered was taken directly to our villa which was always superb. Choice of food is excellent also and it salvaged our holiday.

    Excellent hotel tucked away 15 minutes outside of Seminyak (20-30minutes in traffic) and it offered easy access to Ubud and Canggu. They also had a free shuttle service to Seminyak daily with drop off and pick up which was very hand. A short walk up the road and you can find a mini-mart. The rooms were lovely and clean, all the ammenities you needed and free water every day. We had a ground floor room which offered great access to the pool area. The hotel was very quiet with the exception of one group of guests on our last night who were a bit noisy.

    Free push bikes made it easy for us to get around close and quick! And the free shuttle bus to Seminyak square is a great idea! Also the staff was so nice and helpful always. Thank you for making my stay so easy :)

    Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is a bit out which means you avoid the busyness of Seminyak.

    The hotel is lovely with a huge room and beautiful bathroom plus the pool is great. The check in process was easy and they provide breakfast, bike hire etc if you want to use it. We were taken with the big bathtub but unfortunately the water didn't run warm enough to use it. There are full kitchen facilities if you want them. The hotel is a little far from Seminyak and you will have to get a taxi to the centre otherwise it's a long walk down a dusty road which you definitely wouldn't want to do at night.

    We had room near pool. Apartment was clean and staff was very helpful. We also rented scooter for 8 days.
