    The entire estate is beautifully presented, peaceful and so relaxing. The staff are exceptional. Every last person working there is incredibly polite & friendly, the best staff I think I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Please keep Spencer the cat, he’s wonderful & does add something to the stay. The spa, bar, breakfast, reception....everything, all wonderful.

    Stunning surroundings. This place is perfect for a quiet getaway. You are minutes from the motorway but it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside. The grade 1 listed building has been restored and was excellent facilities. The rooms are small but very comfortable. This is a glorious place to stay for a few days. The staff are all well trained and lovely people who are so helpful.
