Nos atendió Ayu, y nos ayudó a gestionar un problema que tuvimos al realizar la reserva. Desde el primer momento nos pusimos en contacto por teléfono y luego tras varios intercambios de correos nos pudo solucionar el problema ahorrándonos una considerable cantidad de dinero. Además durante nuestra estancia, nos informo de los sitios donde podíamos ir así cómo nos facilito su ayuda en todo momento si la requeríamos. Ayu, ha sido una excelente profesional en todo momento. -

Tras muchos días en hoteles más locales agradecimos mucho llegar a un hotel de estilo más occidental. Habitación suficientemente amplia, cama extra grande, cortesías complementarias (agua, café, té, zapatillas,...),ducha con muy buena presion, muy limpio, personal superatento y amable. Parking vigilado 24h y cerca de la calle principal. No se puede pedir más. -
