    La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad con la ventaja de disponer de una piscina en el hotel. El trato del personal, el también excelente restaurante a precios muy asequibles y la excelente relación calidad/precio. Volvería sin dudarlo

    Good location, right next to Park Hayatt. Easy walk to anywhere in town. Many places near by to eat and drink or shop. Staffs are all hardworking, professional, speaking good English.. very helpful! The room was super clean and everything in order. Had a very good rest. I liked the little terrace as well. One thing, I saw the bartender is coughing constantly the whole time I was there. Im not sure if he was sick or its his habit.. it kinda bugged me killing my appetite.

    We heard about this hotel from a German backpacker that we shared a taxi with in PP.... it’s was amazing, from the time we walked in to the time we left.... the property is so well maintained and the staff are exceptional...they are so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble... we were only meant to stay 3 nights, but enjoyed it all so much we stayed an extra 2 nights....relaxed by the pool, slept really well and breakfast was great.... would highly recommend...xxx

    The location was strategic. Walking distance to pub street. Tuk tuk grab was available in the area and it only cost 1$ to night market. The breakfast was good. Not much variety on the buffet, but you get to choose food of your choice from a menu given. The room was spacious and clean. We were given a free lunch for one day, and it was so good. Have no complaints on their service. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. A few names that I can remember, Rachana, Vanna, Jasmine and Eric the chef. They were all so lovely and helpful to us.

    Hotel is 2 months old. Everything is spotless and the staff have excellent understanding of customer service. Everyone is so helpful and attentive to any needs or queries if desired.

    Great new hotel, rooms are spacious and very clean, they offer all the amenities that you would expect from a 5*hotel. Staff are very professional, kind and helpful - always keeping an eye out on what they can do to make your stay as best as it could be. My special thank you for Rachana at reception and Mab at the bar for their hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommend the hotel for families and solo travelers alike. You’ll be walking out feeling refreshed and cared for your every need.

    The hotel is conveniently situated in the city centre and close to the night market. There is also PUB street nearby. The property was new and very clean and at least our room with balcony was quite big. Personnel took very good care of us, and each and everyone made sure, that our stay would be memorable. We were picked up upon arrival, and warm welcome waited us at the hotel. Our tours were also arranged by the hotel, which made the stay even better. In this hotel you can feel being special guest. By the way, "Eric's" penauts recipe we will try, when back home.

    Everything about this hotel was wonderful: the staff from Reception to Restaurant to Housekeeping all were lovely and had excellent English. The hotel was only 6 weeks old and was very well thought out. The bathroom had a fantastic bath, separate shower, shampoo & conditioner (that worked), shavers, comb, toothbrush (that didn’t lose it’s bristles) soap and a flannel!!! The beds were changed everyday unless we asked them to leave them. Towels were luscious - we’ve had some really rough ones on our trip. The Restaurant was 5 star with immaculate white tablecloths and cloth napkins. The restaurant staff are trained and treated us like royalty but anticipated our every need. We had breakfast by the pool and the bar staff remembered how I liked my tea and also chose music I liked. They were amazing. Thank you to the owner who was humble and inviting. When we come back we will definitely stay here. I can’t speak highly enough about this place.

    Great location ! The hotel is totally new with modern facilities and awesome pool outside. The staffs are friendly and helpful with quick responses. I had late check out with heavy suicases and they helped me alot.
