    Establecimiento familiar y cercano. Todo el personal muy buena gente así como el dueño. Ambiente afable, el hotel es de reciente construcción y 10’ del centro andando. Ideal para ir en familia

    location not so far from central dalat but road are some rough and under construction. Breakfast fair not special. hotel are new clean . great service nice room . and cheap .

    The staff at Moonstone are great, they go out of their way to help you. Our first night here was in a room near the lift which was very noisy. We asked to be relocated and the staff did this straight away into a room which is one of the quietest I've stayed in in Vietnam. Try room 208 if you are looking for a quiet room! The hotel is on a quieter side street and is only a short walk to restaurants and cafes.

    ideal for a family travelling with kids, great location! we had the 2-bedroom apartment which was exactly what we needed. the manager helped us organizing day trips. we enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely come back. thanks again for everything!

    Hotel is located close to the centre but by quite street. Double room is decent size, modern, clean and has balcony. Bed very comfortable. Excellent customer service, manager solved booking.com mistake on our favour. Buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend.

    The location is in quiet area but not too far from the market. Room is spacious and very new. Love the shower with strong flow of water. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with local Vietnamese food.

    We loved the Moonstone! The property is located on a quiet street that looks onto a lush green hill. It’s a break from the hustle + bustle of the busy city but still close enough to all your needs + fun spots. The staff were amazing and helpful with all arrangements and we enjoyed our balcony (though some chairs would have been nice)
